1906-1932 Cumberland and Westernport Electric Railway The C&WE trolley system consolidated the regional trolley lines of Lonaconing, Midland, Frostburt, Westernport, and Lonaconing into one system with nearly 30 miles of track, running from Cumberland to Frostburg and then down to the valley to Westernport linking together the largest far western population centers.(Wikipedia)

My Grandfather is shown standing beside the car. Location is in the Narrows, to the right is the Georges Creek and Cumberland RR, by this time a part of the Western Maryland Railway. The bridge in the background is the Pennsylvania in Maryland RR and the Cumberland and Pennsylvania/B&O RR is out of sight across Wills Creek to the left.
